Good humor is a tonic for mind and body. It is the best antidote for anxiety and depression. It is a business asset. It attracts and keeps friends. It lightens human burdens. It is the direct route to serenity and contentment. ~Grenville Kleiser

Psalms 126:2

Then our mouth was filled with laughter,

And our tongue with singing.

Then they said among the nations,

“The Lord has done great things for them.”

We all like to laugh. It makes us feel better. Laughter helps us in so many ways. If you have a great sense of humor, it can make up for many other things. If you take things too serious all of the time, you may want to lighten up. It could be hurting your business and other important relationships.

My son was just telling me about a friend of his who has great sense of humor. He doesn’t have exceptional talent. He isn’t super intelligent. He doesn’t seem to be gifted in any special way other than making people laugh. He was telling me that almost everyone likes his friend.

How is your sense of humor?
