Things turn out best for the people who make the best of the way things turn out. ~John Wooden
1 Peter 5:10-11
In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation.
Every successful person I have ever studied has overcome many difficulties in their life. Some peoples’ trials have been much more severe than others. It isn’t the severity of the problems they overcame that makes the difference. It is what these so called problems, failures, trials or difficulties mean to that person that does make the difference.
Successful people look at them as temporary. They look at them as lessons. They look at them as part of the process to becoming successful.
Unsuccessful people tend to dwell on the trials. They look at them as too big to defeat. They look at them as more permanent. The choice is yours. How will you look at the challenges in your life?
