Leadership is doing what is right when no one is watching. ~George Van Valkenburg

James 4:17
Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.

When we are alone and we know no one is watching, we can be easily tempted to do the wrong thing. We may believe that no one will ever find out about it, whatever it is. We may believe that it won’t hurt us. That could not be farther from the truth.

The things we do when no one is watching will be revealed in our life somehow. If you do positive things like learning solid marketing principles, then your marketing will be more successful when you use it. You will become better at it.

If you overeat, even if no one is watching, the results will still show up. If you don’t study, you probably will not do your best on a test. We will always reap what we sow.

Remember that God is always with you even when you may think you are alone. If you ask Him to help you avoid the temptations and to do the right things, He will.

Don’t fool yourself, what you do in private matters.
