16084302_sCoachingDeclaring War On Coaching

I’m sick and tired of all of the garbage that is coming out of the coaching industry these days.  Everyone and their dog are claiming to be coaches and charging high fees, then not getting company’s results……  Then blaming it on the company that they didn’t get the results, and wasting hard-earned entrepreneurs money.

If you haven’t done it, don’t coach it, PERIOD.

We as business owners make the economy grow.  We take risks, we create jobs, we help people buy homes.  We seek out advice to help us grow, and when results aren’t  delivered, that trend is interrupted.

If someone is a coaching industry, and they don’t know for CERTAIN they can deliver, then why are they even selling their services to someone?  It needs to stop because it violates trust and makes work for coaches who can deliver results harder.

This gets me around to guarantees:  Why do coaches need 3 pages about their guarantee?

They usually read something like this:

Actually, I don’t guarantee you anything except if you don’t get results, it will take an act of God to get your money back.  I’m pretty much going to cover everything in the next 3 pages that could possibly happen in your business that doesn’t qualify for money back.  And while we’re on the subject, I pretty much take all liability off of me that is needed to get you results.
Have you ever read that one?

Here’s my solution for this:

Business coaches should be certain they can get the other business results.  If they aren’t certain, then they aren’t a coach.

Coaching should be backed up with a guarantee Nordstrom’s would be proud of.

Man up, and stand behind your work.

Something that I love about ESCT is we are an awesome guarantee.

It’s something we’ve always had in place.  We guarantee 50% return on investment if you work with us for a year-long coaching program.

Here’s why:

  • Experience:  12 years of industry experience and seeing so many situations in business allow us to quickly diagnose and correct problems.
  • Best Practice Sales and Marketing Systems:  Not the “average majority type.”  We spend a lot of money making sure we have these resources to deliver.
  • Clarity:  We know exactly what it’s going to take to get the entrepreneur to shift from confusion to having a clear direction on where to go.
  • Integrity:  We won’t offer to help anyone we know we won’t be able to get results for.

I wish more companies would offer these types of “put it on the line” guarantees.  It would help a whole lot more entrepreneurs sleep better at night, and it would force the company to constantly stay up on best practices.

If you’re interested in working with a company that offers this type of guarantee, fill out the form on the right of our website titled “Complimentary coaching session.”  www.expectsuccessglobal.com. Someone will call you and to see if we’re a good fit for you.

Remember, always expect success!
